First aid course

First aid course:

If you see someone fainting and fell in ground:

1-     Check safety location,
2-     Before ambulance, you are asked to wear gloves.
3-     Check his or her respond (hit his shoulder).
4-     Shout for help and ask someone to call emergency and someone to bring first aid kit and AED
5-     Check the breath by vision, by counting 5 to 10 S if he breathing.
6-     Start CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
7-        In CPR we do two things one is compression and other is breathing
8-      30 compressions with 2 breathing continually until his breath return or emergency team come

Other condition:
      1 - If the location in hazard zone
run away and call 9999 or 911
2- if you alone with victim and nobody around you, and you don’t have way to call emergency do five set of CPR, then go to call emergency and come back to continue CPR until emergency team come or breathing return
3- if blood come from mouth give breath with his nose, if both nose and mouth running with blood don’t do breathing do only compression

For breathing process : rise head up by one hand and other hand chin with 2 fingers
While do breathing close nose

Additional information:

-         The dimensions between chest bone and heart is 5 cm for adult who is above 8 years use 2 hands
-         Child who is one year to 8-year use for compression one hand
-         for baby under one year by 2 finger
-         numbers of compression most done 100 to 120 per minute
-         while doing the CPR the first aider most set your body near victim with 90 degrees and your hand must be straight
-         for each compression must not be very fast or slow – for each second 2 compression
